This is the usual way to start. Walk through your environment with ZuluSec and leave knowing what the work would be and how it gets priced. For the audit and the compliance gap assessment, that means an agreed scope and a price in writing by the end of the call. For design and build work, half an hour settles the path but not a firm number; a number produced that fast is one that changes later. The call is free, there is no obligation to go ahead, and there are no slides or pitch decks.
No paperwork is needed to talk. If you would rather have a mutual NDA in place before going into specifics, say so when you book and one will be sent over first.
